摘要

YBa2Cu3O7-x bolometer detectivity D* limit and responsitivity are investigated on 0.05-thick crystalline MgO, LaAlO3, and SrTiO3 substrates when measured under a dc bias current Ib in the four-probe configuration. Results show that in samples with MgO and SrTiO3 substrates, D* increases with an increase in Ib. This is not observed for samples with LaAlO3 substrates.
